How it works

1. Join

Click the Telegram button, join the group

When you contact us via Whatsapp or Telegram, we will schedule meetings online and in office to explain the program better to you and take your questions. After this, we will give you the link to directly register on the Grow My Home website, where you will undergo orientation programs and be guided towards owning your home.

2. Advance

You're now in the 2nd stage of the process.

You will then join the Home Ownership 1 orientation program for free. After this, our partners will prequalify you into HOME-OWNERSHIP 2 (for a fee of N25,000), where you will then be guided towards later stages. 

3. The Bank

Bank's KYC and Qualification

In this stage, you will open a bank account for yourself with our mandated Nigerian banks whom we work with. They will qualify you just to confirm that you are ready for a house by studying your saving habit. This should take 1-3 months. 

4. Ready

Your house is about to be built.

Having chosen the house you want and the bank confirms that you can comfortably pay in instalment for it, we start building your home. We do not request for your saved up initial deposit, until that bank advises us to and we have received our investors' fund for your house. Please note that we will build for everyone in your batch together, to bring down costs for you. Join the 2025 batch NOW!!! Contact below.

5. Move in

Move into your house.

If everything goes without delay, in 6 to 12 months, your building will be ready and you can move in. Then you keep paying the balance in instalments for up to 3 years, 5 years, even 20 years. Join the 2025 batch through the Telegram Group link below.

This Shelter for Workers programme is one of the products of BPDI Limited, also operators of Akwa Ibom Estates. Our present scheme promotes the rent-to-own model of Grow My Home, an affordable home ownership program by a consortium of partners led by New Year Transaction Company (NYTC) who are also the project developers. Please note that we abide by the legal restrictions of the Nigerian State, and financial regulations of the home country of GMH, South Africa. These regulations restrict our advertising and check how much of your income we are allowed to receive in repayments from you. Also, to make the overall cost as low as possible, the developers provide 3 specific sites to use for the estates that you can choose from.
